This was gifted from a friend, it was doing well for a couple months and not of nowhere this week a ton of leaves have turned yellow. Any ideas why and what I can do to get it to stop?
But best guess, if your roots look anything like this compacted time for a repot, and at least an inch bigger pot. I’ve seen other people just cut off the bottom of the roots, to keep it in same sized pot. But I’ve never done that. I have just gone up a size and and added fresh soil

Check roots and if they look a little like ramen noodles then I would repot. Pop it in a pot 1-2 inches bigger than the rootball. Take those yellow leaves off so the plant can focus on new growth as well.

Maybe her roots are compacted? Check roots if they’re still ok, maybe too much water?
