I started my tomato seeds (multiple varieties) 2/25 using the seed snail method. I had good germination but they stalled before they got their true leaves.
Some of the cotyledons are starting to dry out as well.
Growing conditions are as follows:
Room temp is between 70-75 degrees F.
Shop lights on them 24/7 about 5-6 inches away.
Stationary fan.
Water every other day.
Growing medium is 5 parts cocoa core, 1 part perlite, 1 part vermiculite, and worm castings.

Maybe too much light. They need about 12 on and 12 off.
Why 24/7 Light?
In Their natural habitat they have day and night
Your plants need rest, just like we do, they repair themselves (and do a lot of growing) at night. The advice to turn on and off the lights is good. That being said you can grow the biggest vegetables in Alaska because there’s sun 24/7 🤷♂️
Also since it’s been a month, probably start some new seeds because these guys are hating life right now and will continue to do so for a while, while you could start some new seeds and be far ahead. Don’t do the whole cutesy snail method shove a bunch of seeds in a tiny pot and rip them apart when they’re bigger, they’ll be completely fine.
PS: Sorry to be that guy but it’s coco coir not cocoa core, it’s made out of coconut husks not cocoa pods.
