Copper deficiency caused the leaves to grow smaller on one side of the central vein causing it to curve. The leaves also weren't as dark green as they should have been so they were slightly chlorotic.
The margins are definitely chlorotic but I don't know if that's from copper deficiency or molybdenum deficiency.
I was using MSU Orchid Fertilizer with RO/DI water to grow my plants. However, I kept noticing that every plant I had was growing lopsided. After some experimentation, I realized it was due to copper deficiency.
