I have never propagated my plants. What's the highest success rate technique in your experience?

I do it easily and quite successfuly by cutting between nodes, keeping a leaf each time. Then letting it dry/callus (not sure in english but u get the idea), then plop it in water. In front of a window (not full south though), and top up water every 2-3 days.

I used to cut and prop them, but I’ve found that air layering is much faster, in my experience at least. Take some moist sphagnum moss and wrap it around a node, wrap it in plastic wrap, try to keep it as airtight as possible to keep humidity in and add some more water when you see it drying out. In a few weeks you’ll have some pretty healthy roots, you can then cut below the node, let it callous over for a few hours (keep the plastic wrap and the moss on so the roots don’t dry) and simply pot it directly. So far it has worked out better for me, I just propped a variegated one like this a couple of weeks ago, very little effort.
