I think its dead. Should be rounded like a golf ball. This is either under or over watered. Have you watered it recently? If its been watered more than once in the last month or so then this is dead. If its super dry you may be able to save it but still probably dead.. condolences.

The bottom doesn’t look good. You might think it was corking, but it looks rather like rot since it’s deflated like that. You could try watering but realise it may be a lost cause.
