I just bought theese lithops and I'm worried about the smaller colourful ones. What would you guys recommend about when to water them?

The first thing to do is to get them into 80% grit and 20% organic soil. They need a very gritty soil to do well. I would not water them as several seem to be splitting. I would watch them for a while after repotting. So far, they look good.
