First time buying lithops (I know the right one isn't exactly Lithops). I completely messed with the lighting and watering this whole year. It is spring and they are not splitting. What should I do? Water? Fertilize? I've already put them under a good grow light

Both look like lithops to me.

Left one needs much more light and some water would be fine. Don’t cut them open, that’s just asking for disease and is terrible advice.

Right one looks like it’s recently flowered, so it’ll probably split before too long.

You’re keeping them indoors, so seasons aren’t going to be an accurate way of determining where they are in their annual cycle.

For the left guy, I’d pot it up into the same size as the right. Make sure the substrate is really gritty, then wet it though. It may stay wrinkled after the stress of repotting, but wait until you’re sure the substrate is bone dry (plus at least a month) before watering again.

The one on the left definitely needs more light, it’s very etiolated! She’s growing up and up in search of more light 🌞. The other one looks good. She recently flowered, so she’ll be splitting soon. While splitting, they take all moisture from the old leaves so no watering during this time.
