I planted them and forgot to label. I’m fairly certain the middle is cabbage. But the others
I’m unsure because they are sprouting something. Google image isn’t helpful and I’m new to gardening so sorry if this is a dumb question 🙂

All cabbages. They are bolting.
They’re all brassicas and bolting. I’d pull them. You’re going to get seeds, not cabbage

They are all cabbages 🙂 they flower and go to seed.
You can eat the flower tops before they go to seed or you can even eat the flowers.
Save the seeds. Might have gotten too hot for those brassicas. I think my broccoli is trying to do this.

That is funny. Just the other day there was a guy in here asking what cabbage he had. Glabrous leaves just like that, but it was a lettuce not a cabbage.
This is a cabbage, not a lettuce. You can tell by the seed heads. Nothing else looks like that.

I believe that is ornamental cabbage or kale that’s gone to bolting.
That looks like bolted cabbage to me.
Let them flower st this point. The insects will enjoy and you can save the seeds
I bought a 6-pack of “mixed kale” starts and this totally looks like one of my kale plants! Mine is also bolting (I blame the heat dome we just had).
