last fall we had a lot of overgrowth removed from our yard to grow more grass, we are new homeowners in the state of CT. shrubs and prikers and bushes. we are wanting to get ready to put down seeds this spring but we still have a bunch of tiny roots throughout the space. Would using a heavy duty tiller be a good idea to get all that up and lay some topsoil before seeding? Any advice is appreciate!!
