Putting my detective hat on for a second…..The large amount of cat fur strongly suggests cat bites to me. But always good to check for any insects as well like thrips or any other bugs that you might find on a very close inspection.

Cat hair. The fuzzy leaves seem to love trapping the hair as my cat walks past on the way to the window.
Edit: Apologies but if you meant the spots then I would also guess a healing test nibble or two, especially if it’s only on a leaf or so. If it’s more widespread I would keep an eye out for insects.
