A car has crashed into the front garden of a property in Glasgow.

Emergency services are currently attending the horror crash on Shieldhall Road in the city’s Drumoyne area.

It’s currently unknown if there are any injuries.

Shocking images taken from the scene show the vehicle lying sideways after flipping during the collision.

The vehicle, understood to be a Kia Sportage, left the road and flipped over two barriers and a footpath.

Debris can be seen scattered across the pavement with cops in attendance.

A statement from Police Scotland reads: “Shieldhall Road in Glasgow is closed from the roundabout at Meiklewood Road following a single-vehicle crash which happened around 1.35pm on Sunday, 22 March. Emergency services are in attendance and motorists are urged to avoid the area.”
