    We have started our fall garden just finished planting our garlic. We take things in stride. We are planning our spring planting now. And saving for more mushrooms compost and planning where to put in a chicken coop and building it predator proof because we lost are whole flock last year. Budget is allowing us to get stuff built during this fall.

    Thank you for the pdf! As I plan for next year, for two years in a row, my beautiful cucumber and sqaush plants were attacked by cucumber beetles and sqaush bugs. Had flowers, bees, water, sun. I read to use burpless cucumbers. Any suggestions what to do? Any companion plants? Thank you

    Everything is sunlight and shade. For veggies shade, for fruits and fruit like veggies such as cucumbers, sunlight. Throw the tall plants in the back so that it will not produce shade to your plants… best to use your not toxic pesticides with warm to hot water. Itll keep your mix complete. Theres a hmong guy from south america that has a proven non toxic recipe pesticide you can make but id have to look for it. It works. Good luck
