yeah that first comment is right, pieris japonica. those droopy flower clusters are a dead giveaway. pretty common landscaping shrub, not a weed. id keep it unless you just dont like how it looks, they flower nice in early spring

You should keep it!!!! My mom had planted Andromeda in our first home, i loved it, those little flowers looked like fairy bells to me. Sadly it’s a little too cold for me to grow it where i live now.
