A car has ploughed into the front garden of a property in Glasgow in a dramatic crash. Emergency services are attending the scene on Shieldhall Road in the city’s Drumoyne area as of around 1.35pm today (March 22).
The road is currently closed from the roundabout at Meiklewood Road and drivers are urged to avoid the area.
It’s currently unknown if there are any injuries, the Daily Record reports.
Images taken from the scene show the vehicle lying sideways in a garden after flipping during the collision.
The vehicle, understood to be a Kia Sportage, left the road and flipped over two barriers and a footpath.
Debris can be seen scattered across the pavement with cops in attendance.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Shieldhall Road in Glasgow is closed from the roundabout at Meiklewood Road following a single-vehicle crash which happened around 1.35pm on Sunday, 22 March.
“Emergency services are in attendance and motorists are urged to avoid the area.”
