Hello! So this doesnt appear to be a pepperoncini plant, or any type of pepper for that matter. We thought it was bolting at first but then realized the leaves are totally different. Anybody know whats going on here? Do peppers have male and female plants?

Looks like red root pigweed to me.
Tell sign is the roots will be pinkish/red
That is mint of some kind
Did you start it from seed? Where did you get the seeds?
Not pepper.
Not sure what it is, but it’s not a pepper plant for sure.
