Body corporate records say these are tulipwood trees, and the leaves etc look like a tulipwood, but the fruits don’t match and appear to look more lilly pilly fruit…
Syzygium tierneyanum. My council basically removes these trees on sight because their root system is so aggressive. Developers still plants them en masse. They’re amazing trees in roundabouts/parks though.
