If itโs a palm, I would pit it in a small pot. One only slightly bigger than the roots. Enough to touch sides but big enough itโs floppy in the pot. Then I would use a chunky aroid mix with a bit of peat moss (like a small handful as the whole pot may be a whole handful at best?) and keep it about 2-4 feet from the direct sunlight and windows. Indirect bright lighting. Let dry about 80-90%. Use a chopstick in the soil for a quick and accurate moisture meter. Once the last few cm of the stick is only damp (like a well wrung rag) you can do a nice deep watering again. Best of luck bestie!!!

In terracotta and any brands orchid premix. It will have bark/charcoal/perlite/maybe some peat. Pass water through it practically all the time ๐๐ป๐
If this is what I think it is it can do well in a variety of conditions (I had some in a terrarium until they unfortunately got some sort of verticillium infection), but they do seem to prefer to have a decent amount of horizontal space, and are relatively tolerant to shallow spots as long as there is a reasonable amount of water.

Potting soil, pot, water.
Don’t make this difficult.
