  1. Good Morning Kaye! Thanks for the spring garden updates and hope cold weather is gone for good as there is much to do. It's important to provide your cats with a variety of planters upon which to relieve themselves and there is no shortage on your homestead for sure. Not sure the plants are so appreciative for their contributions but they will reflect their feelings by dropping leaves or refusing to produce a flower. LOL Nothing like an aphids attack indoors to getting them outdoors quick. I found a white lilac that I want to add to my purple one as I just love them. Oh no the darn deer strike again. The tulips still look beautiful in spite of the weather. Have a blessed weekend…

  2. Those roots look great on the willows. I used to feed the willow leaves and branches to my goats to worm them. 🙂 Aspirin is made from willow bark.
Wow! That Lemon grass is beautiful. That's a Basil TREE! Deer are pests! Not a fan of them, plus they carry ticks =Alpha gal.
Kaye, Datura is so worth growing. The flowers are gorgeous and smell intoxicating! You definitely have two green thumbs!
Thanks for the update, loved it.

  3. Good morning ☀️ I think I first started watching you last year about this time👩🏼‍🌾 I love how you truly care for your plants. Your tulips lining the driveway are so pretty, and they’ll come back🌷Tennessee is so beautiful, but Lord your weather 💨⚡️❄️🌪️ The other day I ran our 12 sprinkler and drip stations and took copious notes that were so sloppy I typed them up. My husband was staining the fence, and I headed out to start my repairs. My first repair turned out to be a bubbling brew behind boulders that line the pool. This line is old and deep. We had to fence this area off to keep our very long Dachshund off the waterfall. With tools in both hands I tripped climbing over the fence. We are both sore this morning, and my husband said, “I know, let’s put in more plants!” 🌱 Funny! I’m sure for many of us Spring comes with a lot of Epsom salt soaks 😊 Only a gardener can appreciate another gardener’s love, dedication, creativity, and maintenance of a yard/garden. Cheers to another day of doing what we love and enjoy❣️☕️🪴🪏🌻🌿🌺🌴🍓🥕🥬🌶️👩🏼‍🌾🍷

  4. Those two plants I gave you are called Angel's Trumpet and have quite large yellow trumpet shaped flowers that hang down. I think it can become a pretty big bush.

  6. Good Morning !!! I grew a couple Avocados down in Florida years back. Their finicky & difficult to fruit. I've had them freeze but live & takes several years for them to fruit again. I read back then to wack the trunk with a baseball bat , of course that's your larger tree's. Some years they put out & some they don't. Deer are a pain in the tookus here too ! Have a good !
