Hi everyone, first post on Reddit!

I’m hoping to get some wisdom on my philodendron white wizard. I used to work at a plant warehouse and would take home the discarded plants. This was one of the first I brought home so it’s very special to me! When I brought it home I got it to a stable condition for a while. A few months ago when I moved, it suddenly took a downhill turn and the leaves browned and dropped, so I cut off the bad leaves (hence the nub). Initially I thought it was root rot so I tried repotting around 6 weeks ago, but I’m not seeing any signs of new life. It’s get bright, indirect light.

I feel a little bit stuck on what to do next.

Is there any hope to save this baby?

Should I take it out of the soil and put it in water, and if so should I cut any of the roots or something like that?

Any advice appreciated 🙏🏻

I might be wrong, but I think this might be a Monstera Standleyana. If I were you, I’d buy a clear plastic container and implement a grow light on the top of it. Something that will maintain high humidity levels and good light to push new growth. Good luck.
