two of my tomatoes are turning a darker green/purple color. I recently had a few cold days (40s) but the tomatoes were covered so not sure if that’s the issue or not.
That can be cold stress. During cold snaps tomatoes can’t process phosphorus. It’s temporary and will resolve on its own once soil temperature is consistently above 60°. You did good by covering them. Good job!!

They look basically healthy to me. Agree with u/speppers69 about the appearance of cold stress. Mine go through periods of this coloration change without it imacting their health. NE Texas.
