I believe this is not in the mustard family… it looks more like a lettuce that has bolted. Asteracea not brassica. Closer relation to chicory and dandelion.

Bolting lettuce. It got too hot and started to flower. The leaves will be too bitter to eat. Kids could save the seeds to plant when the weather cools enough for lettuce to thrive.
