Came home from being out all day to find that my indoor hydroponic plants are severely infested with white flies and aphids. It has spread to all of my plants including my new ones. I’m not sure I’ll be able to save any of my plants.
The plant has a constant water supply and a constant light supply as it is under a grow light.

Did you quarantine your new plants?
I just had this exact thing happen to my hydroponic plants. Legit looked identical and appeared soooo fast too. I was so upset because I thought it might mean less pests to go hydroponic in one of those fancy premade stations. I’m too scared to try again (I dumped all the plants in it). I’m still treating all my houseplants.
