What zone are you in? Sounds like it’s close to me in 8a. It’s way too soon to plant those lol.

Peppers hate temps under 60. They’ll survive lower but they won’t thrive. Tomatoes tolerate down to 40. I’d plant the tomatoes and wait a week or two on the peppers unless the forecast is over 60 at night for the next 10 days.
