I have a rather large and full Hoya Linearis in a six inch pot. She is a rapid grower, and a thirsty lady. She’s drying out rather quickly probably about every five days she needs soaked again. I just chopped the bottom to event her out and made a pot with 46 cuttings.

What’s the best way to tackle this? I want to keep her hanging but maybe in an eight inch pot. Any advice would help, I’m really cautious about doing it.

Holy balogna. My linearis is big, but yours gives mine a complex. I would just take it down to repot. That way you can work the roots loose on the ground to help with incorporating more soil and encouraging the roots to grow in the new soil.

What ever will you do with all the cuttings? 46 is impressive.

Absolutely gorgeous! 😍😍 I’ve not done this myself, but I’ve seen people gather the vines up like a loose ponytail and wrap a bag around it so the vines are out of the way and protected from damage.

How long did she take to grow? And are you selling the cuttings?
