The weather is finally starting to show some signs of warming up, and it might have you thinking about those late summer nights enjoying the garden. Next, customers are singing the praises of a set of outdoor string lights that can transform outdoor spaces into a “Mediterranean courtyard”, as one customer put it. However, it’s worth noting that these lights are not solar- or battery-powered. Instead, they are mains-powered, so although suitable for the outside, they do need to be plugged in through a window or an open door. They have already been rated 4.7 out of 5 stars overall, with some customers claiming they last for years, reports Liverpool Echo.
A five-star reviewer wrote: “Perfect in my backyard. And quite bright. I’ve had mine a couple of years and just as good now as when I bought them. Just bought a second set for my daughter.”

However, one customer criticised the lights, saying: “When I went to hang the lights up, one of the bulb covers fell off because it was missing the top piece, then I also realised that on some of the bulbs the hook to hang them on the gutter was facing in different directions, making it impossible to hang them neatly in a row.”
