I've posted about this issue where my anacampseros had remained dehydrated and wrinkly a few days after bottom watering it so I took the advice some of the commenters gave me and repotted it into cactus soil containing both grit and organic soil (originally it was in pure grit), waited a week and bottom watered it for around an hour. Its been almost 2 days since watering it, and the leaves are just as wrinkly and the soil seems dry (I used the skewer test method). I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, should I water it again? I really hope to see it flower π·
Also: I know my bottom watering setup isnt ideal and the water level should be higher but I dont have a bigger container for the water and I'm sharing the toilet so I can't leave it in the sink

So grab a bucket or large mixing bowl and allow it to sit in the water soaking it up for an hour or so and not just bottom but have the water level about the level of the soil top.
I notice mine doesn’t seem to be the fastest to respond to changing moisture levels (often a day or two is required for leaves to plump).
To add: Most of the middle to top leaves seem pretty plump, they feel soft and still have some wrinkles but not as much as the bottom leaves
Purchase a bucket or very large and deep pot; like, a stock pot
Nice sand rose ,just water it slowly, do you have a good inorganic soil ,bottom watering works well but gravity works just as well
I use 60 succulent/cactus soil, 20 horticultural sand and 20 fish tank gravel and only water when dry, I have them under T5 lights
Everybody knows that βyou can lead an anacampseros to water but you canβt make them drink.β
