No snow whatsoever yesterday and this is what I woke up to this morning

I woke up yesterday and it was like 58 degrees. This morning it was 9 degrees feeling like -11. My currant, 2 plum trees and peach tree (all in year 2) were already budding and flowering because we had an unusually warm 2nd half of February and early March. Yesterday afternoon I struggled relentlessly to wrap, cover and stabalize those 4 while we had 55-60mph gusts doing everything in it’s power to make the task as difficult as possible (probably hilarious to any neighbor watching me powerlessly yell yell at the wind).

Where the hell is this fridgid hellhole? Anyone loving this is a sad lonely lost soul who hasn’t seen heaven on earth in March (or any other month) in South Cali. Get the hell outta there . Travel a little and get to know what real loving is. Damn snow, sleet, frostbite freezing crap.. hell no.

Yeah I unwrapped my camellias and uncovered ranunculus and now its going to drop to 25 degrees tomorrow night. When I checked ladt weeknight looked like it was going to stay at 30. So frustrating.
