How are these plants doing?

Hi friends

I'm seeing temperatures in my grow tent hit 26-30degC on a hot day (Australia here) which I've read is a bit high for lettuce. That's OK, I guess, but how are my strawberries doing?

I've also got some sunflowers growing just for fun and some spring onions about to go in

I'm seeing humidity swing between ~65% at peak temp and ~90% overnight when it gets down to 18-20degC.

I'm slightly suspicious that my temperature reading is skewed by the heat of my ESP32 near the sensor so… that's a factor. But I know the tent does get uncomfortably warm so it can't be too far off.

IMO the strawberry stems look a little long and stressed so I've just lowered the grow light from about 90cm to about 55cm above the plants as well as adding a couple of white lights for some extra output. Hoping that has them looking better.
