hi, we have a hoya compacta that was donated to me a couple years ago, it might be around 5-6 years old now. she used to be a light/medium green, we helped regain her color to a darker green, but now she’s looking sickly! 😢 she’s never been repotted until today.. the second photo are some hoya compactas we grew, they used to be 3”.. i did notice some spiderwebs on the yellow one. i assume she has pests, i wonder why she’s a home for them but not the others? i’m not sure what to do or use

The webs could be a sign of spider mites, as you may know. Otherwise I would be curious about how much light it’s getting and how the roots are?

At a guess, given that it has only just been repotted in 5+ years, and never had fertilizers at all, it is lacking nutrients, give it one of those monthly drip feeder things things and give it a good water then see how it goes.
