I'm not too knowledgeable about succulents, when I first got them they were fat little jelly beans but the blue-green one on the right especially is shrivelled and bunched up.

I water maybe once every two months and they get full sun

Any advice on how to get them juicy looking again?

all of the plants in that pot look underwatered. they’re also shooting out a ton of aerial roots so i think the potting mix is the problem, maybe it has become hydrophobic. i would take a chopstick and poke the soil thoroughly and then give it a really good soak.

if doing that helps perk them back up, maybe you’ll need to water them a bit more frequently so that they don’t shrivel up this bad again.

another possibility for the sheer amount of aerial roots is that the root system under the soil is compromised, so as a last resort you might want to check that out and repot them in moist soil. i hope they bounce back
