I noticed one looked squishy(?) And when I went to poke at the dude it popped off and a little buddy was inside(??)

Also: I know these succulents (and random baby cactus) aren't meant to live together. They were just left-overs thrown in a cute pot after some repottings.

They’re splitting (perfectly normal, it’s how they grow) and shouldn’t be watered at all for a few months or they’ll drop dead.

Since Lithops have quite different care they shouldnt be put into a container with other succulents. Echeveria needs far more waterings than Lithops so I would recommend splitting them up.

It’s rotting. As you know lithops pretty much need to be planted on there own. You can plant as many lithops together as you want but they thrive on neglect. They need very little water and other succulents need more than them. If you only water that plant mix on the lithops watering schedule -which is once a month at best and sometimes a few months between watering depending on environment- the other succulents might survive like that. I’d keep it going but hardly water them.. If the other succulents don’t like the lithops watering schedule then remove and relocate them.
I’ve experimented with this and failed miserably. All my. Lithops are on their own now.

Your lithops are about to explode and rot from inside. I suggest potting them seperately
