where to chop Miss Figgy?

I inherited this fig and she is approaching the ceiling and starting to develop quite a curve (though still putting out new leaves). i know she needs a chop, but where? and should i try to divide the two plants, since the one on the left looks droopy?

i plan to remove the stakes as well once i’ve pruned her.
