Yes…. But is proven not to work well on finished lawns…. When the seed is in the slurry and passes thru the pump it cracks and breaks way to may seeds…. The best way is to broad cast the seed first then blow straw over the seed and then blow the mulch slurry over the straw to hold it in place….. but the method in the video works for well enough for wide open temp ground cover….

This is basically poison for your soil. I wouldn’t grow anything in that.
The runoff process can contaminate the water sources by the chemicals present in the hydroseeding. Very bad for environment

You could also just use wet toilet paper, seeds and water. Trust me, it'll work nice aswell. But this is beautiful
