I am propagating this rubber leaf tree cutting.

There is one long root with many secondary roots and one root that is about 1-2 inches long.

(There are 3 pothos leaves in there just to help with the root growth of the rubber leaf tree).

Is she ready to plant into a pot?

I have heard to wait for secondary roots, for a ball of roots, and to not wait too long otherwise the roots become mushy & break when potting. I am quite confused on the proper timeline of propagating plants.

Any tips for potting?
