For All Technical Engineering Nerds 😊. The galvanized containers with brass handles are Better Homes and Garden planter boxes. Holes drilled in the bottom to release excess water. The hanging middle galvanized piping is half inch electrical conduit with galvanized nails used as holder pins removable to take the planter box out or into to wheel & little cotter pins are drilled through the brass handle to keep them secure on the galvanized conduit. Rear wheel car bearings hold the entire wheel to electrical poles with pressure treated wood to complete the water wagon wheel look.🙏🏼
