My cactus has grown so tall it flopped over. I have it propped up and had planned to put it outside as soon as the danger of frost is past (I'm in central Alabama). I thought it might grow stronger if it got more sun. Should I cut it back instead? Advice appreciated!

Yeah chop it, it bends on a thinner part caused by etiolation
Is this literally not a type of cactus that specifically hangs over the pot??
