So this year I am finally getting permission from the ol lady to work on the lawn and invest money into it. I know little to nothing but excited to learn. The image is a little old(google maps) but not that out of date. You can see my neighbors lawn a little, who has a pretty good lawn. I just want to get close to where he is. And curious on best steps given the region to get my lawn looking less trashy. I've done nothing to it so far this year. Last year I sprayed and did seeding and all sorts of stuff and if anything it only got worse.
