I knocked on this door because the grass was getting crazy tall and I thought I could help out. A guy answered the door and I told him that I own a lawn care company and could get his entire lawn cleaned up for free for him. He told me he mowed it last month but it got completely out of hand with all the rain we’ve been getting. I was also confused because he told me to only do the front yard and was pretty adamant about it. After talking to him later though, he told me his car battery was dead and that his car was blocking the backyard. So, I helped him push his car out of the way so I could do the entire yard and make it look great for him.

    I have a question: I’ve noticed that most of the time, the people you help don’t participate in the cleanup. Is that something common in the U.S.? Here in Brazil, it’s usually different — when someone helps, the person receiving help normally works side by side with them.

    Bei all den Videos fällt mir auf, viele Häuser sind nicht gemauert (einfache Holzbauten) und sie sind ziemlich klein, aber die Grundstücke sind riesig. Kostet in den USA der Grund nicht viel? Und wie ist da das Winterwetter da die Häuser nicht sehr Winterfähig aussehen ) In Austria ist es genau umgekehrt, Häuser groß (gemauert) aber die Grundfläche ist klein, (da der Grund sehr teuer ist)

    Pero ese dueño d esa casa es un aragan porq otro si ve q llegan a hacerle esa limpia del jardin y no esta haciendo nada entonces por lo menos se pone ayudarle a jalar el carretillo y se pone la sopladora para sacar la tierra d la acera y cuneta
