I have had this plant for over 2 years. Usually the leaves have turgor and it is more upright. The leaves feel more soft now, and it is drooped over despite no changes. I usually water once per week and fertilize in the summer every month.
Has always either been indirect or in direct light, west facing window.
Any advice?
