It Was a RISK Mowing This Yard With NO Permission… While the Homeowner Was Inside!



When we pulled up to this property, the grass had completely taken over the yard. A neighbor told us that code enforcement already been giving the homeowner fines, and that the guy living there was just trying to get back on his feet. I knocked on the door but didn’t get an answer… and after driving an hour out here wit @MidlifeStockman , we had a decision to make.
Sometimes you don’t know the full story behind a yard, you just see someone who might need a little help. So we got to work.
This transformation wasn’t just about cutting grass… it was about showing up, doing something positive, and hopefully taking a little weight off someone’s shoulders. he eventually came out and all see what he said.     Oh that *AP….he ain't No Joke!! He jumps rite in and you don't see him coming and he grabs a tool and gets rite to work. *APs a Kool Dude for sure.     I think I would have done a controlled burn on that grass with a firetruck standing by. Diesel fuel sprayed along the fence line should keep it under control unless the owner relapses then all bets are off.
