I bought this monstera from Costco. Thought it looked ok at first but the other weekend I repotted it and it’s worked itself to the mess it is in
Now. What’s the best way to fix this? I bought moss poles thinking I could pull the stems back to straighten it out but I don’t think I they are going to help. Willing to repot if needed but she’s heavy and kind of a pain to take out of a pot. Scared to rip or break off parts of her if I repot again.

Her? Them! You have many plants there. They are not moss poles that you’re using.
I would have seperated those. My personal preference is to have a more neat look than a bushy mess. But it needs to be supported.

You’ve got about 6 plants in that pot. Monsteras are easiest to manage and happiest when you have just one per pot. Buy some pots (half size of your pot here) and substrate and plant them separately!
