Hi everyone, I’m new to growing tomatoes from seed indoors. With that being said I was curious if anyone had any tips or suggestions on how far my light should be from seedlings to prevent damaging them? Thanks in advance, picture of light attached!

I would download a free app called Photone and measure the PPFD (usable light for plants) hitting the canopy. I shoot for 300 PPFD and leave my lights on for 16 hours a day.

I sense those are older lights and hard to say the light quality and how much power it would consume vs newer far more efficient lights with more usable plant light.
