I bought this maranta off a Lowe’s clearance rack like a month or two ago. She looked less than stellar. Shes perked up a bit and started flowering (hopefully not one of those plants where flowering is bad 😬)
I only bought her because she was on sale. I figured if I fell to the maranta curse it would be okay. I don’t look her way too much in case she changes her mind about staying with me. But she’s so pretty. 😍
Ignore the dead fiddle leaf fig baby in the bottom corner. I’ve been too mad at him to remove him from the pot after his untimely death. His mother is doing okay. She doesn’t know about his fate. 🤷🏻♀️

I’m not sure it’s safe to even look at her in a photo. I won’t linger too long just in case she finds out she’s in the limelight! I think marantas are introverts. Same girl, same.
I want one so badly… I haven’t seen any for sale around me. 😕

I know they’re problem plants for lots of people, but I’ve had mine for years and it flowers all the time! It’s also *heavily* neglected, like all my plants 😅
