Needs a bigger pot for one. Try some organic fertilizer too. I like to give mine fish emulsion every once in a while or some worm castings. All these tomatoes need more room for roots to grow though you may already know that and just haven’t potted up yet. I do mine it at least 7 gallon containers.

Looks to me like the early stages of fungus with the dark spots and yellow halo. Common when weather starts to warm up. You want a copper fungicide spray. Expect to spray about every 14 days. I use one of those $10 gallon pump sprayers to mix my fungicide.

I’ve had some strange strains of tomatoes that are simply built different. I even have a potato leaf tomato strain called German Pink.
