Hi, I have just brought my first ever terrarium (I know it’s teeny) and know very little about them but I’m excited to learn! Is there any tips and tricks I should know about? Is my set up looking healthy and thriving? How could it improve?

Welcome aboard the world of terrariums!
For a terrarium that size, get a small spray bottle, I got one from a pharmacy. Use distilled, filtered, or rain water. Mist the terrarium, you don’t want to over water a closed terrarium (when viewing the soil/substrate, it should look damp, not soaking wet). As long as condensation occurs in the terrarium (glass becomes foggy or form small water droplets), you won’t need to water the terrarium.
Never place the terrarium in a spot where it gets direct sunlight, it’ll scorch the plants. Place it in indirect sunlight (shade area), or use an LED lamp.
Open the lid for ten minutes every week or so to introduce fresh air into the terrarium, this helps with dealing with mold.
This part is optional but highly recommended, add springtails to the terrarium, they act as the cleanup crew, they’ll help prevent mold breakouts, eat decaying matter etc.
