Hello, last week I realized I forgot to check the soil and water my monstera for some time and it was completely dry. A few days after I watered it the oldest leaf started having a yellow hue which is getting worse. I also found a few yellowing/browning spots on other leaves today.
It lives by an east facing window but I got it its own 50W grow light as the internodal space was getting bigger. I water it when the soil is almost dry and fertilise about once a month.
I am unsure if the yellowing can be due to underwatering/not enough nutrients, being buried too deep (this is my one and only monstera, so I am very new to this) or if the plant can be rootbound. I have not chcecked the roors since last summer when I got the plant and repotted it into this chunky mix and want to repot it soon.

It looks good to me. The oldest leaf will be falling off but that’s what old leaves do. Your soil looks like a nice mic but a bit too deep. Only the very bottom of the vine should be under a tiny bit. Mainly it’s the roots that should be under the soil. You have some leaves that look like they’re popping straight out of the soil. That part needs to be up higher. You never want the petiole buried at all, that’s the leaf stem. It could cause it to rot, it also prevents it from moving to the light it wants to move to.
I would gently pull her up, stuff what’s on top underneath her and make sure all petioles are above soil level.
Keep all the roots in soil and use your moss pole to hold her up. Spring is almost here and she wants to show you all her new leaves she’ll get!
Is it just the bottom leaves turning yellow? Its probably because you have the base of the leaves buried which can cause rot
Did you check for pest? Some suspicious spots indicating early thrips damage, but just a speculation! Monstera typically don’t start yellowing from single missed watering it takes few weeks to start yellowing from inconsistent watering.
