Trial dates have been pushed back again for a Garden County pastor and part-time sheriff’s deputy who is charged with sexually assaulting a teen in the church’s youth group and made unwanted contact with another.
41-year-old Bruce Neal was granted a continuance for a four day trail set for December, then continued for six days in March.
Last month, attorney’s filed a motion for change of venue, which was granted. Now, the jury trial is set for June 10th through June 18th in Scotts Bluff County District Court.
Neal has pleaded not guilty to charges of: 1st Degree Sexual Assault; Felony Child Abuse; and Felony Tampering with Evidence.
