Chemical City Garden Club will meet on Thursday, March 12 at Creative 360, 5501 Jefferson Avenue in Midland.
Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the program starts 7. The public is welcome.
Elizabeth Beans, Dow Gardens Director of Grounds, and Travis Bowen, Dow Gardens Curator and Conservatory Manager, will speak on the topic “Beauty from the Dust,” landscape design elements for Dow Gardens’ New Visitor Center, and special attention paid to landscape design considerations for a public garden/public area with a lot of traffic.
