Looks to me to be 3 or 4 individual monstera, advise is to split them up but you can leave them as is no problem! They will thrive more individually potted however!

You have so many leaves because it’s more than one plant! Probably 3, maybe 4 plants, but shouldn’t be an issue because it looks like they are all facing in the same direction.

It looks healthy and happy. It will be much happier with a support. A trellis, plank of wood a moss pole. I marked the back of the plant where you would put the support and the blue lines are where you apply the Velcro ties. You need to be mindful of not tying it around a petiole.
