Louisianian here. I'm not coming for you, just pointing out Iberia is pronounced more like Iberea. Its difficult to convey through a comment on YouTube. Love the content, keep it up!
Looking good brotha I got my pepper, cucumber and tomato seedlings going I'm excited to transplant them and see how it goes!!
Wow, exciting plans and nice looking plants. Great! Happy to see you.
You remind me of my late mentor from when I was a corrections officer at a county jail. We called him Big Meach, and he had a huge beaming smile and booming laugh like you. I love it. Makes me miss him but also feel happy that his kindred spirits are out there thriving.
As a military spouse myself, thank you for your service and for all you do for veterans.
Keep on growinβ, love your videos!
Weather n time is ruff….I get it… garden keeps me going honestly….ohh raw .
Great to see you! Take care and Let's grow happiness, one plant at the time π₯ππΆπ π«π₯
Your laugh is so contagious
It is so refreshing
Thank you for sharing yourself
Mama used to love her bright red Geraniums and her Begonias. My sister thinks that red was her favorite color. But it wasnβt – it was green.
Bee balm always gets pm. Cut it back once it hits then let it grow back up.
Gardening people are the best tribe π
Illigitimi nolo carburundum or as my Dad used to say: Don't let the bastards get you down! We love you and will wait for you when you are ready. All is in Divine Order β€οΈππΎπͺπΎSemper Fi
I was so happy when I seen you posted again and back with your genuine happy self. I loved seeing all the plants you have growing. It's insprational.
Haha don't worry. Once you have one elderberry, you have ALLLLLL the elderberry you need π
I'm so happy that you are back to making videos. I could listen to your cheerful laugh any day. I learn so much from your videos. I don't like KFC either. Have a wonderful day
Powdery Mildew ->. Try to avoid Fungicides at all cost. Especially if you want healthy pollinators and soil. That will kill off the gut biome in pollinators if exposed, and can mess up the "living" parts of living soil. Try better draining soils or try to keep them dry/er. There is also a mix you can make with milk to spray it, but honestly try to just keep them dry and you shouldn't have an issue. π€
I'm so jealous! Everything is looking good.
I took my celery in the house. It did fine until the last cold spell. I think it got too dry. Now my peppers all look great. Blooming and producing. I put them inside my old tent when the temps dropped. I even gave them an old radiator heater on the worst nights. I still have the ginger and turmeric in pots in the tent. Need to plant them.
Too much does that to me, too… What normally I can handle, too much overwhelm, puts me over the top once in awhile. Glad that's all it was for you, too π
Jason, from Cog Hill Family Farm, loves Peggy Martin roses.
It makes me laugh inside when people outside the PNW plant blackberries. I have to cut them back or they take over my fence from the empty lot next door. I didn't do it last year, and had to rip a 4 foot section of blackberry roots out of my raised bed. I said a few swears that dayβ¦ Maybe I'll post a picture on the community page. It was quite impressive. π
Looking good
I am way behind on my garden
I'm in NE Ohio so I am so jealous of your weather right now lol. Glad to see your video today and so happy to know you're bouncing back. My husband and I love your videos. Don't forget the only person you're competing with is who you were yesterday. You're not behind on anything just need to adjust your schedule.
You have to watch that wind because it will cut your plants.
Daniel, I asked brighteon ai about your powdery mildew. It has fantastic suggestions including heirloom cross bred bee balm that is more resistant to powdery mildew. It also states a baking soda solution or raw milk diluted 1:3 sprayed on it weekly. Planting marigolds and other suggestions!
My bee balm gets powdery mildew but it does bloom. I'm going to be more diligent treating.
We here for you Salty!β€
Daniel it's so good to see you back! Keep smiling and stay strong.
Isons is the best! I got 2 instant orchard peach trees, Rainer cherry trees, 2 honeyberries and 150 strawberry plugs. I also got two Cherokee brave dogwoods. Their quality is excellent! I will be getting apple, maybe plum and pear.
